Agency Root and Agency Growth include up to 50 active employees. Agency Scale has no fixed employee limit, under fair-use terms. Client users do not count as employee seats.

There is a 14-day grace period after a term ends before access is suspended. After cancellation, your data is kept for 30 days so you can export it, and is then deleted.
